We currently offer membership to several business roundtable groups including the Managing Partner Roundtable, the Marketing Leader Roundtable, and Executive Roundtable Meetings.

Managing Partner Roundtable Membership

A peer-group of managing partners and other law firm leaders who exchange ideas, referrals, and discuss practical solutions to shared problems. Roundtables meet in person and virtually to participate in interactive presentations, roundtable discussions, and hosted social events.

The Roundtable consists of managing partners and other leaders from firms with typically 60-500 lawyers.

Marketing Leader Roundtable Discussions 

Take part in a peer group of professional services firm marketing leaders who tap into each other’s perspectives, expertise, and solutions. 

The Marketing Leader Roundtable is a facilitated peer group of CMOs and Directors driving marketing and BD functions at midsized firms. They meet regularly to hear from thought leaders and exchange ideas to:

  • Adapt to the new set of marketing competitive pressures facing firms 
  • Implement appropriate revenue-strengthening strategies, tactics and sales acceleration platforms
  • Make the marketing leadership experience more rewarding

Executive Roundtable Meetings

Participate in peer forums for C-level executives to exchange ideas and revenue-strengthening strategies in a non-competitive setting. 

At Executive Roundtable Meetings, managing partners and other executives from professional services industries tap into each other’s perspectives to:  

  • Adapt to today’s competitive pressures facing similar-sized law firms 
  • Implement appropriate sales acceleration and revenue-strengthening strategies, tools, and tactics 
  • Make the experience of firm leadership more rewarding 

Program Structure

  • Regular Roundtable Meetings

    Roundtable meetings occur throughout the year on a quarterly basis via teleconference – with the exception of the month in which a Roundtable retreat is held. During these calls, members raise topics of concern and relevance and seek each other’s perspectives and advice for practical solutions.

  • Annual In-Person Retreat

    Each year, members convene for a two-day in-person retreat. (If pandemic conditions are not conducive to an in-person gathering, we conduct the retreat remotely). During the retreat, top thought leaders in the industry address the current challenges and opportunities inherent to law firm management. Through an interactive process, participants identify solutions and develop strategies that improve their ability to effectively grow the firm.

  • Geographic Overlap

    While some of our roundtable participants prefer geographic exclusivity, others enjoy the opportunity to hear from firms who are struggling with the same challenges in their region. New additions to the roundtable are cleared with current members to ensure a group dynamic that is psychologically safe and strategically productive.
