Meet Carmelo
With more than 10 years of coaching experience and 20 years in corporate business development and marketing, Carmelo brings a unique blend of insight, strategy, and real-world experience to every client conversation. Before becoming a certified coach, he held senior business development and marketing roles at Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, where he designed and executed strategies to support the firm’s growth both globally and regionally.
Carmelo is passionate about seeing his clients succeed. As he puts it,
“Business development is as much about a mindset shift as it is about identifying goals and actions.”
Through his coaching, he creates a supportive space where clients feel both challenged and empowered to develop a growth mindset and continually elevate their skills.
