Rebecca Nassi empowers executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals to navigate obstacles and drive meaningful, lasting change in their careers and lives. Her clients span a wide range of industries—from creative executives to hedge fund leaders to partners at major professional services firms like Armanino and Fenwick.
At the heart of Rebecca’s coaching is a process of deep, focused inquiry. She helps clients clarify what they truly want to achieve, why those goals matter now, and what internal barriers—like fear or self-doubt—might be standing in the way. This thoughtful foundation creates the conditions for real transformation, empowering clients to pursue their aspirations with intention rather than simply reacting to external pressures.
Her work is informed by a unique combination of experiences as a former practicing attorney, entrepreneur, and service provider. It’s further grounded in a Master’s in Psychology, a coaching certification, and ongoing research in wellness and neuroscience.
Rebecca played an instrumental role in the creation of the best-selling book The Short List: How to Drive Business Development by Focusing on the People Who Matter Most, which was a Gold winner of the 2025 Non-Fiction Book Awards. The book articulates the foundational methodology that underpins PipelinePlus’ proprietary software and business development systems.
Outside of her coaching and business leadership roles, Rebecca is deeply committed to community service and social impact. She has contributed to nonprofit initiatives throughout Los Angeles and worked with war-affected youth in Northern Uganda—a journey documented in the award-winning film After Kony: Staging Hope (available on Amazon Prime).
When she’s not coaching or diving into the latest neuroscience findings, you’ll find her enjoying a matcha latte, a great novel (especially in the fantasy and magical realism genre), or a BBC drama. She’s also a devoted meditation practitioner, avid hiker by the ocean, and enthusiastic dog-lover.
