The State of CRM for Law Firms (2019)

In the summer of 2019, Ackert Inc. conducted the fourth installment of its market-wide study on Client Relationship Management (CRM) software within law firms. This white paper is a continuation of similar studies conducted since 2015 and is intended to examine ongoing trends in the industry. This year, over 120 law firms participated in the survey to describe the state of CRM at their firms.
