His expertise spans long-term planning, market positioning, rates/pricing, profitability enhancement, succession planning, and recruitment and retention. When he’s not working with law firms or consulting, Kip enjoys life in Southern California with his wife. Together they spend their free time gardening, tackling home improvement projects, and traveling.
